I made a decision in January 2006 to put up a
puppy barrier within our home and like your
article stated, I did meet some great people as a
result...an orthopedic surgeon; some wonderful
nurses; three ambulance workers, and; a nice
physiotherapist. And to top it all off, I now have
a nice new stainless steel shoulder.

In conjunction with it’s partner, the Sudbury
Real Estate Board, and the S.R.E.B.’s exclusive

Habitat For Humanity announces its April 27th
Ground Breaking Ceremony to build a new home in
Coniston for the Ackerland Family.
Through major sponsors, materials and crews
generously donated by
Sudbury
area contractors and retailers, along with
big-hearted volunteer labour, the HFH builds
modest homes and sells them interest-free to
families that qualify through a stringent
selection process.
Selected families do have earned income,
but cannot afford to purchase a home through
conventional mortgages.
While local politicians and dignitaries
unite on April 27th at
3:00 P.M. at 65 Fourth Street, Coniston (next door
to the Coniston Curling Club) to break the
ground for HFH’s 3rd build in the
Sudbury District, plans are already underway for
the 4th home, as well as many more
builds. |
