Today, I am grateful that the work
on the roof is finally done!
Yeah! I can put my bed back in place
and not get wet.
I am mostly grateful to my
hubby who works tirelessly to keep the house I love so much in
repair. He is my hero.

I am grateful for my friend Cynthia
who shook up myself and my other friends on a group I have been
on for 10 plus years.
She made us realize that we
had gotten lax and out of touch, not good as important as we all
are to each other.
I am grateful that I still
have my parents alive, able to come share my birthday with me
and give the kids some lasting memories.

I'm grateful that we had such a great weekend. We went to
the renaissance faire today (in costume) and had a great time.
We also had fun at the dog show yesterday and found a really good
beagle breeder.

I am very grateful that Angele's dad isn't having
heart trouble. He had some tests today and goes back on
Wednesday for more....severe abdomen pain on the left side.
I am very grateful that our weather has cooled
off and I can enjoy some outside time :)

Well, today I am grateful for Ms. Readinger. She was my
new case worker with
the state, to make sure I could keep the kids medical coverage
going and a
small check each month for food.
My old case workers were cold, if I was sick or had a flood
etc. and could
not make it, they cut off my benefits, causing me to file all over
again.
Ms. Readinger not only talked to me about it, she
rescheduled my appt. so
I would not lose benefits.
She understood about the flood and roof collapse etc.
I dealt with her in the past and always wished she was my
case worker, and
now she is!
I am grateful.
