For adrenal and kidney problems.......

Take some Uva Ursi and Juniper Berry herbs together.  You can get them in:

Teas
Capsules
Bulk (for poultices)

Capsules, and combining the two herbs as teas are best, but you must drink 16 ozs. of water (slowly) after ingesting the capsules.  As with all healing herbs, water helps them dissolve and get through your system more effectively.

If you're using capsules, don't take anymore than 2 each per day.  You can drink as much tea as you want as long as it's diluted well enough.

These 2 herbs cleanse the kidneys and adrenals of toxins and help the organs
to function better over time.

Be very careful with these kinds of herbs.  These aren't cammomile or mint teas.  These are serious herbs that target specific areas in our bodies for
healing.  I haven't read anything that gives any counterindication with other
drugs, but again, all of our chemistries are so different, so if you're going to
take something like this, do it very slowly.

Honey Thyme Tea For Colds & Flus

1 cup honey
1/2 cup fresh thyme or 1/4 cup dried thyme

1. In a small saucepan, combine the two ingredients and heat gently over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, being sure not to let the honey boil or scorch.

2. Remove from heat and allow the honey to cool. Strain out the herbs, then bottle the honey and label it.

3. To relieve colds, coughs, and sore throats, take 1 teaspoon of this thyme-infused honey three times a day. You could also add a teaspoon of it to a cup of regular hot tea and sip slowly.
