When Chris McLean opened the doors to McLean Denture & Anti-Snoring Clinic on May 1, 2000, he was going against the trend of most other young health practitioners. Instead of establishing his practice in one of the larger cities in southern Ontario, Chris wanted to return to the community in which he spent his youth. A graduate of Confederation Secondary School, he felt that the population base of Valley East could easily support a full-time denture specialist. If his first year of practice is any indication, Chris definitely made the right decision.

Located in the Medical Arts Building next to Country Style Donuts in Val Caron, the McLean Denture & Anti-Snoring Clinic is perfectly suited to meet the requirements of all his denture patients. The facility is easily accessible and with other medical practitioners on site he can refer patients who may need other attention.

“As the only full-time denture specialist in Valley East, people know that they can drop in and usually have repairs made to their dentures while they wait. Many patients have commented on the convenience of same-day relining and rebasing services,” explained McLean. “I do all of the work myself in my on-site laboratory in order that the needs of individual patients can be accommodated from the initial consultation to the finished product.”
