I am not a hockey player, or a figure skater.
I don't play with a puck or know how to do a triple lutz.
I play with a ring.
I skate forward and backwards and I play the fastest game on ice.
I believe in passing, not dumping and chasing, and that rinks are not
just for boys.
My stick is not a cutoff hockey stick. It's designed this way.
I don't clutch and grab or hit the opposition; it takes skill to play
this game.
I believe in team play, not superstars.
Canada is the first nation of Ringette and the home of 60,000 ringette
players.
