| Every Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. and again in the evening
at 7 p.m., both career and volunteer firefighters from the Valley East
stations take part in hands-on training sessions to keep up to date on the
latest in techniques. Below are some of the fire fighters as they practice
vehicle extrication with the "jaws of life". |
