O’Malley’s Irish Pub, located on
Birch Street
right across from the arena in Garson, has introduced a whole new kind of
entertainment option for people living in the Greater Sudbury Area.
According to owner, Bob Lamoureux, “We’re offering all groups in the
Sudbury
area something that is extremely popular in the south. Now if you want to
hold any kind of special event you can think of, you can ‘Rent a Pub’
for only $100 a night!”
That’s right!
O’Malley’s Irish Pub is now available for private functions, seven
nights a week. And all it will cost you to have use of all of their
facilities is only $100.
If you have ever been
responsible for planning a special event for your business, organization
or family, you know how much work is involved. Now when you want to hold
any kind of party or fund-raising activity, O’Malley’s will provide
the venue, the license, bartenders and servers, insurance and the
clean-up. All you have to do is show up with your friends. You can even
sell tickets and make arrangements for other fund-raising activities
during the evening.
Do you need some
entertainment? O’Malley’s will make arrangements to book a DJ or any
type of live group. Kareoke parties can also be arranged to add to the
festivities.
Do you need food? You can
bring in your own catered food or you can have Katies of the Falcon Hotel
take care of your needs. Katies can provide you with everything from hot
pizzas to an elaborate buffet with a menu that is set to your complete
satisfaction.
The size of your private
party is no problem. O’Malley’s can handle groups from 50 to 280
people with plenty of room to spare. Weddings, anniversaries, stags,
parties and other events are welcomed. All of our staff are smart serve
registered.
The main floor offers a
variety of amenities including a dance floor, band stage, DJ booth, pool
tables, shuffleboard, dart boards, washrooms and fully stocked stool bar.
The downstairs provides a quaint and comfortable room for smaller groups
and features a dance floor, kitchen, bar and washrooms. The Pub can be
rented from
8 p.m.
to
2 a.m.
and can also be made available for afternoons if required.
